Orders are accepted between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (EAT). Orders placed outside these hours are processed the next business day.

  • Orders below KES 75,000 are not eligible for free delivery.
  • Orders above KES 75,000 qualify for free delivery.
