- Orders are only processed after full payment has been received and confirmed.
Order Acknowledgement
Once you place an order, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This message does not mean your order has been approved yet.
We may cancel or change an order if:
- The item is no longer available
- Payment is not completed

Even though we do our best to deliver in time, sometimes our delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. iSkyz Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as courier issues, weather conditions, or unexpected events.

Returns and Refunds
Eligible items can be returned within 7 business days from the purchase date. To qualify for a return;
- The product must be unused
- It must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
