Returns & Refunds Policy

iSkyz Solutions Store accepts returns for items that meet our terms for returns. We also exchange qualifying items and give refunds for returned items.

When You Can Return a Product

You may request a return or exchange if all of the following apply:

  • The product was bought within the last 7 business days
  • The product is still in its original packaging
  • The product has not been used, installed, damaged, or modified
  • The product is in a condition that allows us to resell it

If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to accept the return.

Exchanges

If the product you received is not the right size, model, or specification, you can ask for an exchange.

  • If the exact replacement is available, we will exchange it for you
  • If it is not available, you may:
    • Choose another product of the same value, or
    • Pay the difference to upgrade to a higher-priced item

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered items
  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature (such as perishable goods)
  • Items that affect health or hygiene once opened or used
  • Products that are damaged, altered, or no longer fit for resale

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Good approved for return will be shipped at your cost to our store in Star Shopping Mall, 3rd Floor, Shop No. C3, Nairobi, Kenya.​

Refunds

  • Refunds apply only to the items sold at regular price. Items bought on sale or at a discount are not refundable, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • A refund request must be made within 24 hours after the product is successfully returned.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days
  • The refunded amount will be sent to the customer’s bank account

How to Return a Product

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any risk during transit

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier
  • Refunds cannot be processed until we receive the item or proof that it has been delivered to us

We don’t charge a restocking fee.
