Shipping & Delivery Terms
We provide shipping for all the goods bought through our website.
Order Cut-Off
iSkyz Solutions accepts orders between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Monday to Friday (East Africa Time). All orders placed by 2:00 PM are packed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be packed and shipped the next business day.
Order Processing
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email showing your order details. Orders are packed and readied for shipping within 1 day, Monday to Friday.
Order Updates and Cancellations

Requests made after 1 hour may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Deliveries Within Nairobi
We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi County for orders made before 2 PM.
Transit Time Across Kenya
We deliver to all parts of Kenya. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 0–3 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Fees
We charge a flat fee of 300 Kenyan Shillings for all deliveries.
Order Tracking
When you make an order, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery progress.
Important Notes
Accurate Address:
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. Incorrect information may cause delays and losses.
Failed Delivery:
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Inspect on Arrival:
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing or damaged, notify us immediately so we can assist you.
